If you are having trouble with your computer in relation to tax, financial programs or files we have now devised a way to assist you much easier.

Follow the steps to the right if you are a client and you would like to contact an employee from The Tax Shop for assistance.

The web application that we use is safe and easy to use and it is called TeamViewer. If you are an employee and need this program installed, call Danny at the Shepparton Office for assistance.

Technical Support Assistance for Clients

	Step 1 - Click here to open the TeamViewer website.
	Step 2 - Click on the 'Join a Session' button half way down the screen on the front page of the website.
	Step 3 - Select Run for the 2 screens that pop up on your screen. This will start a small download from TeamViewer.
	Step 4 - A TeamViewer toolbox will pop up on your screen and display your unique ID & Password
	Step 5 - Call and quote your numbers to your consultant at The Tax Shop on 136 829. Within seconds one of our consultants will have access to your screen and will assist you with your query.
